During my stay at the Protea Hotel Hazyview this June, I left behind my missing items in the safe deposit box including cash. I asked the tourist guide to contact the hotel of my lost items. Before I left, I asked him to fellow up with the hotel, he said he didn't hear from the hotel. Actually, the hotel calls and told him my lost items were found. This hotel emails me twice to fill out their survey form. After returned to US, I fill out the form with my concern on the lost items, General Manager, Glenys Du Pont email me immediately of the missing items were found, had informed the tourist guide the fact, he didn't mention it to me.
